The LS Models 47267AC is an exquisitely detailed HO scale (1:87) model of a Swiss Federal Railways (SBB/CFF/FFS) EW I restaurant coach in the distinctive purple and gray "Le Buffet Suisse" livery with a pink stripe and new SBB logo, representing Era V. This version is factory-equipped with AC wheelsets for Märklin-compatible 3-rail operation.

Prototype
The EW I (Einheitswagen I) restaurant cars were a familiar sight on Swiss domestic and international passenger trains. Operated under the "Le Buffet Suisse" brand, they offered full dining service on many of the SBB's premier routes throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Their distinctive purple and gray color scheme made them one of the most recognizable restaurant coaches in Switzerland.
